Return Policy

We want returns to be straightforward. Please request authorization for a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled; if you need to send it back, please request a return after it arrives.

How to request a return

Email info@peachandpantry.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number, the item or items you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

Return labels and eligibility

For approved returns of clothing, handbags, belts, socks, gloves, outerwear, pants, tops, jewelry, scarves, keychains, and sunglasses within the 48 contiguous United States, we email a free prepaid USPS return label. Print the label, attach it securely to your package, and send the approved items back within 30 days of receiving the label.

For other approved returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a shipping error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition unless otherwise stated in the applicable policy.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 2–5 days to post the credit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:

• Final sale items
• Seasonal items
• Custom or personalized orders
• Partial returns from bundles or sets
