We will accept all authorized returns

All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.

Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached.

Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.

You will have 30 days to send the item back for full refund once you receive the free return label.

Once we receive the items back, we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.

Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.

Damaged Plants — If your plants arrive damaged and meet the criteria below, they qualify for a refund or replacement.

Healthy Plant Guarantee — We guarantee that all plants arrive healthy when ordered with the correct seasonal protections.

Refunds for Damaged Plants Only — Refunds apply to the plant cost only. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

✖️ What Is Not Covered

Cold Damage Without Heat Packs — During cold months, heat packs must be added for shipments to cold regions. Orders without heat packs that arrive with cold damage are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Courier Delays or Lost Packages — Delays, mishandling, or lost‑in‑transit packages caused by the courier are not covered under our guarantee.

A clear photo of the damaged plant

Your order number

Your shipping information

Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days. Limit: Only one replacement order may be issued per claim.

Winter protection is recommended for any order shipping to areas where daytime temperatures fall below 45°F. This typically applies during the colder months from November through April.

🔥 What Winter Shipping Protection Includes

Heat Packs — Multi‑day heat packs are added to each shipping box to help maintain a stable, warm environment and prevent plants from freezing or going into shock during transit.

Cold Weather Guarantee — Orders that include winter protection are eligible for refunds or replacements if plants arrive with cold damage.

🛒 How to Add Winter Protection

Winter protection must be manually added to your cart at checkout. Orders that arrive with cold damage without winter protection added will not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Heat packs are sourced from HeatPackUSA and are designed to release heat gradually, helping maintain proper warmth and moisture levels inside the box.

Orders placed without winter protection will not be covered under our cold‑damage refund or replacement policy.
